Welcome to the official website of the Tallow Wood Homeowners Association. Tallow Wood is a great family oriented community located in the Cy-Fair School District. There are many schools, churches, shopping, hospitals, doctors and restaurants surrounding the area. The Vintage Shopping center is easy driving distance and provides all kinds of opportunities to eat and shop.

Our community has so much to offer, including a beautiful community center with a clubhouse (available to rent) pool, sand volley ball, a beautiful playground, a baseball area, a walking track and even a dog park! The Board of Directors takes pride in maintaining these assets and is planning additional upgrades in the near future. Deed Restriction Enforcement is paramount to keeping our community the place residents want to call home. In addition, we have contract deputy patrols to assist us in keeping our amenities and community safe.

This website was created just for the residents of Tallow Wood HOA for informational purposes. If you need a form, a copy of the restrictions, information on obtaining amenity tags to be able to use the amenities, and a link to pay your assessments online. Once a property owner has registered and been approved on the website they will be able to access all the locked tabs on the side that contain the forms they are looking for.

Important Information: Tallow Wood is a deed restricted community. It is very important for owners to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the governing documents including the Architectural Control provisions of those documents. All exterior projects must be approved prior to starting. The restrictions speak to the "lot" which means the entire lot not just the front yard or areas that can be seen or not seen from the street. Patios, swimming pools, fences, decks, pergolas, all things exterior require prior approval before beginning. Check the Architectural Control tab for guidelines, forms, etc.

All residents must have amenity tags to use our facilities. Renters should contact their owners (landlords) to obtain the privilege. AMENITY REGISTRATION IS NOW ACTIVE!!! PROPERTY OWNERS PLEASE REGISTER TO ACCESS FORMS, INSTRUCTIONS, RULES, ETC.
